Admission & Tickets
- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket, pass, or approved booking.
- Tickets are valid for the booked date unless otherwise specified. Day passes include same-day re-entry. To move a booking to another day, contact the park before the booked visit.
- Supervising adults who are not participating may purchase a $10 Spectator Pass. A Spectator Pass does not include attraction participation; an appropriate activity ticket or pass is required to ride, slide or play.
- Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or late arrival, except as required by law. Weather closures and removal for non-compliance are subject to the park’s refund policy and any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
- Management reserves the right to close or limit attractions for maintenance, safety, weather, or operational reasons without notice.
- Carers for guests with disabilities can enter free when accompanying a paying guest.
- Every guest, including spectators, must be included on a Participant Waiver before entering. Parents or guardians may complete one waiver and include children in their care.
- Complete and sign the waiver at the park entrance by scanning the QR code or using a park tablet. Advance online-signed waivers are not currently accepted.
- Attraction access depends on the ticket or pass purchased. Bumper Cars, Mechanical Bull Rider and Laser Battle require separate activity tickets and are not included in the Full Day Pass.
- The separate Toddler Area is free for children under 4. This does not provide free access to Tiki Island or other paid attractions.
Right of Refusal & Removal
Subject to any rights or remedies required by law, management may refuse entry or remove guests without refund if they:
- Fail to comply with staff instructions or posted signage.
- Engage in unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or antisocial behaviors.

- Are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication.
