With 10 individual trampoline beds, Jump Zone gives kids plenty of room to bounce and have fun. During busy periods, jumpers may be asked to finish after approximately 10 minutes so everyone waiting gets a turn — but with an eligible pass, you’re welcome to come back and jump again throughout the day.

Jump Zone is an outdoor trampoline attraction. Shoes must be removed before entering the trampoline enclosure. Grip socks are not required.

Before you bounce
The rules on the trampolines
For everyone’s safety, please follow the Jump Zone rules and all instructions from our attendants. Unsafe behaviour may result in your turn being stopped.
One Jumper Per Trampoline
- Minimum age: 4 years
- One person on each trampoline bed at a time.
- Do not double-bounce another jumper.
- Do not jump from one trampoline bed to another.
- Do not sit or lie on a trampoline while others are jumping.
Jump Safely
- Jump in the centre of your own trampoline bed.
- Walk when entering and leaving the trampoline area.
- No somersaults, flips or head-first jumps.
- Do not jump onto the side net, padding or frame.
- Do not climb the enclosure net.
Before You Enter
- No shoes.
- No food or drink inside the trampoline enclosure.
- No phones, keys, jewellery, glasses or sharp/protruding objects while jumping.
- Only people who are jumping may enter the enclosure.
- Follow the attendant’s instructions at all times.
Please don't jump if…
- You are pregnant.
- You have a back, neck or joint injury.
- You have a heart condition.
- You are feeling unwell or have a condition that may be aggravated by bouncing.
Use of the Jump Zone is at your own risk. Please follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.
During busy periods, jumpers may be asked to finish after approximately 10 minutes so others can have a turn. You may return and jump again with an eligible pass.

Before you ask us
Do we need grip socks?
No. Grip socks are not required. Shoes must be removed before entering the Jump Zone. Please also remove loose or protruding items before jumping.
How many people can jump at once?
Up to 10 people may use the Jump Zone at one time, with one jumper per trampoline bed.
Is there a time limit?
When no one is waiting, there is no set time limit. During busy periods, jumpers may be asked to finish after approximately 10 minutes so others can have a turn. With an eligible pass, you can come back and jump again throughout the day.
How old do you have to be?
Jump Zone is for guests 4 years and older. The manufacturer’s instructions don’t state a separate height requirement, but all jumpers must follow the safety rules and staff directions.
Can I do flips or jump between trampolines?
No. Somersaults and flips are not permitted, and jumpers must stay on their own trampoline bed. Do not jump from one bed to another or onto the side net.
Can Jump Zone stay open in bad weather?
Jump Zone is outdoors and can operate only when conditions are safe. It may close during thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds or other unsafe weather conditions.
