For the Water Park

The Park doesn't provide child-minding, and staff at attractions don't replace your supervision. Guests under 14 need a responsible supervising person aged 16 or over, and some attractions need an adult with younger children.

Ride rules apply to everyone

Height, weight and age limits are set per attraction and a waiver never overrides them. Check your year levels against the rules before the day so no one is disappointed at the gate.

Food & dietary needs

BYO lunches and food for allergies or special diets are welcome — no glass. Shared food areas can't be guaranteed allergen-free, so bring any required medication and tell food-service staff about dietary needs.

Weather

Water attractions close during storms, lightning, high winds or unsafe conditions, and dry attractions also run only when safe. Worth having an indoor-day backup in your plan.

Staff can provide or arrange first aid and emergency assistance. The designated assembly point is the main car park entrance — worth briefing your supervisors on arrival.

There are no fixed school packages — every quote is put together for your date, numbers and year levels. Sending the form opens an email to our team with your details filled in.

There are no fixed school packages. Pricing depends on your numbers, year levels and the attractions you choose — send an enquiry and we’ll quote for your group.
The waiver is signed by an adult for themselves, and children are listed by their parent or legal guardian. A supervising teacher isn’t automatically authorised to sign as a child’s guardian. We’ll confirm the arrangement for your group when we reply.
Adults who aren’t using attractions normally need a $10 Spectator Pass, and every guest must be on a waiver. Staff arrangements for school groups are confirmed in your quote.
Our waiver and Conditions of Entry are online now. Mention anything else you need in your enquiry and we’ll let you know what we can provide.
